“Planet Cancer’s mission is to connect young adults diagnosed with cancer, to empower them and to help them access support and resources they wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Planet Cancer also acts as an advocate of improved research and development efforts for treatment specifically for young adults diagnosed with cancer, whose survival rates have fallen behind those of other age groups and have not improved for over 30 years.”
